The Reggiane Workshops

“REGGIANE. Meccanica e Fonderia Ing. Romano Righi e C.” Part of Italian history has gone through there; the bombing during the war, the massacre of 1943, the proximity to the National Liberation Committee, the longest workers occupation in Italian history and the R60. An inexhaustible source of collective memory: a place no longer in use, abandoned, distanced and no longer lived. A space that keeps the memory of those who have one through it and lived it, preserving the memory that can be found in the traces of what is left and what is no longer there.
